This policy explains what content is and is not allowed on the KFE Platforms, and how we handle complaints. It supports our obligations as a hosting provider under the Cyber and Data Protection Act [Chapter 12:07].
1. Allowed content
Listings and content that are truthful, lawful and relevant to the Platform's purpose: agricultural goods and services (KFE Agritech), accommodation (KFEmarket), jobs, scholarships, attachments, events and business opportunities (LinksZim), and innovations (Innovation Hub).
2. Prohibited content
You must not post content that:
- is false, misleading or fraudulent (fake prices, bait listings, impersonation);
- is unlawful in Zimbabwe, including content inciting violence or property damage, or that harasses, bullies, threatens or defames any person;
- infringes intellectual property rights or publishes another person's personal data or photo without their consent;
- advertises prohibited goods or services (weapons, illicit drugs, stolen property);
- contains malware, phishing links or spam.
3. Notice and takedown
If you believe content breaches this policy or the law:
1. Email info@kfe.co.zw with the listing link, what is wrong, and your contact details.
2. We review promptly. Content that is unlawful, fraudulent or in breach of these rules will be removed or hidden, and repeat or serious offenders' accounts may be suspended or terminated.
3. If your content was removed, you may appeal by replying to our notice; we review appeals fairly and restore content removed in error.
Where a court orders removal, or the appropriate authority directs it, we comply promptly.
4. Our role
KFE provides the venue; Posters are responsible for their own content. We act on complaints as described above, which is how we meet our duties as a hosting provider under Zimbabwean law.
